Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the WALK50K app. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use WALK50K.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Walking challenges are physically demanding — participate within your own limits and consult a physician if in doubt. You take part at your own risk.

Purchases

• Challenge attempts. Digital purchases (a single attempt or unlimited attempts) are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase and billed to your Apple ID. They are governed by Apple's terms; manage and request refunds through Apple.
• Printed certificates. The printed certificate feature shown in the app is an informational teaser and is not available to order in this version.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to falsify step data, interfere with verification, or use the app unlawfully. Results that are technically impossible may be rejected, and abuse may result in account termination.

Certificates

Certificates attest that a challenge was recorded as completed in the app. They are issued for personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of WALK50K or participation in a challenge.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
